“Rīgas satiksme” clients show interest in Riga Resident Card’s webpage
39% of the respondents have visited the closed section of the webpage and they plan to buy tickets and supplement the e-purse, as well as view current offers for the Riga Resident Card holders. 35% indicated that they did not visit the website because they have not obtained the Card. 25% of respondents did not know about such a website, but 6% had visited the publicly available section, and plan to apply for the Riga Resident Card in the nearest future. In total 735 website visitors took part in the mentioned survey.
According to the Riga Resident Card website statistics, the most common activities carried out by visitors are applying for the Riga Resident Card and electronic registration for a visit to the customer service centres. People also tend to look at the home page section "Offers", where one can see the discounts applied to the Riga Resident Card holders.
"Rīgas satiksme" reminds people that since July 1 the new website www.ridziniekakarte.lv is available, where one can view Riga Resident Card’s functions and advantages, as well as apply for the Card. The website contains a closed section for the customers who have already obtained the Riga Resident Card. The Card owners can supplement their e-purse for payments in car parks, buy tickets and view the transaction history.
